Saint Raphael's offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package. Our pay rates are regularly assessed to ensure market competitiveness.  Benefits offered depend on several factors, including part-time or full-time status.

As part of our commitment to the wellbeing of you and your loved ones, we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and onsite child care. Our EAP is a counseling program designed to provide confidential assistance to employees and their dependents who are experiencing personal problems. The Child Care Center is designed to meet the day care needs of most employees with daytime shifts, accommodating children from 8 weeks to 5 years old.

Employee home ownership programs

Saint Raphael sponsors an Employee Neighborhood Home Ownership Program, which helps employees and enhances the neighborhood surrounding the Hospital. It provides financial assistance to qualified employees who want to buy and live in a one- to four-family home within Saint Raphael's neighborhood.
